Pregnancy massage has huge benefits to the mother and baby. It aids relaxation and eases aches and pains. All care is carried out to ensure the expectant mummy is comfortable throughout and beautifully scented massage oils are used that are safe and soothing during pregnancy. This is only advised in the second and third trimesters (after the first 3 months!)

A seaweed and salt scrub is used to buff away dry or rough skin and removed using heated towels. Moisturiser is then applied leaving super smooth, soft skin. This is an ideal pre holiday or pre tanning treatment.
